Problem with MSN...?

I am not able to connect to MSN, as comes : Microsoft C++Runtime Library Runtime Error!

I've tried system restore to a previous time, no change..Would you be so kind to suggest me how I can remove that problem and use again normally the MSN. Thanks in advance!

Problem with MSN...?
you may need to uninstall msn messenger and clean up you r internet folders..


Click Start, click Run, type cleanmgr, check the following boxes:


- Downloaded Program Files


- Temporary Internet Files


- Temporary files


- Temporary Offline Files


- Offline Files








reinstall msn msgr again...





otherwise there's a song a dance steps for the other solutions...
