How do I uninstall Musicmatch Jukebox? Previous answer didn't help.?

My problem is identical to the previous questioner. I quote--with one small change:

"Here are the messages I get:

First Window: The skin bitmap was not found C:\Program Files\Musicmatch\Musicmatch Jukebox\skins\CobaltII\prlbtns.bmp

I click ok and get the Second Window:

Runtime Error! Program C:\Program Files\Musicmatch\Musicmatch Jukebox\mmjb.exe

This program has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an usual way. Please contact the application’s support team for more info.

I click ok and get the Third Window; a small, black rectangular window in the middle of the desktop that reads: There was a problem with either the play.dll or the mixer.dll"

The change was that my error is with a CobaltII skin, apparently. The above occurs every time I turn on my printer, I'm guessing because it must use a PF file? I really have no idea what that means, just found it when trying to find help for this unbelievably annoying problem. But the previous answer said to "click on Musicmatch." I can't.

Here’s what I did for the same problem, which worked for me. Bascially, I replaced the missing BMPs

Find a PC with a working version of musicmatch and go to the skins directory:

C:\program files\musicmatch jukebox\skins\metropolis\

If you cannot find the dir you want, don't worry, just copy from the metropolis skins dir. – as long as the file is there, it will work.

Go to your corrupt MM directory and paste all the BMP files in.

Then restart MMJB. If MMJB fails because any files are still missing, replace those as well.

(Note: if MMJB fails, the process may not die completely, stopping you from restarting it again. To check for this start Windows Task Manager by pressing ctrl-alt-del, then press processes tab, then select MMJB and press delete tab. If MMJB does not exist the process has dies properly).

One of my skins looks wrong because it has some parts from another skin, but I will download new skins (new…skins…download).
Reply:I think you need to go to start menu, then to settings then to control panel, then to add/remove programs nad then click on the program you want to remove and you should be able to delete there.
Reply:Music match juke box is the same as all other programs just go to add/or remove programs and find everything that has to do with music match and uninstall it, if you have music you want to keep go to my music select all the files from music match that you want to keep and send them to another folder.
