I keep getting an application error?

it says this instruction at "0x03f139a2" refrenced memory at "0x03f5f8d4". the memory could not be "read".


click ok to terminate program





then an error message pops up saying runtime error 216 at 03f13a2





i also have a new plugin which i dont know how to remove it says


C:\windows\system32\dciman3.dll





what can i do to get rid of this???

Oh boy, This could be ANYTHING...


it could be Malware, badly installed drivers, badly made applications, or a failing Windows install. I'd back up and reinstall, sadly.
