My Computer?

Hi. I am trying to get onto the my computer file because I have to change something with my World of Warcraft. Anyway when I try to get onto the my computer by clicking the icon or anything like that it says exactly this: "Runtime Error! Program: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe this application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." I have already tried restarting my computer and a lot of other things because this has been happening for a few days now. Is there a way to fix this without contacting "the application's support team"? Please help if you can. Thanks.

My Computer?
Your explorer.exe file is corrupted. I would recommend using SYSTEM RESTORE. At you desktop hit F1 to open help. Under the "Pick a Task" Heading click on "Undo changes to your computer with System Restore " You can also open system restore by opening RUN(windows key+R) and typing msconfig. Once the Microsoft Configuration Utility opens, click "LAUNCH SYSTEM RESTORE" near the bottom of the window.

Hope this helps :D
Reply:Thats a tough one. that file is actually your windows file (that runs windows).

For the bigger problem (getting the world of warcraft files) just right click the start button, and click explore, see if that can get you to the files.

For your other bigger problem you might need to do a system recovery install, what ever people do to get windows running again. you can type in the error message on google and see what comes up.
Reply:The explorer.exe has been corrupted. Repair the operating system using your CD.
