I've tried almost everything...I downloaded Device Manager for my new BB Pearl but i still can't add music. Everytime I open the Media Manager, my computer just says Microsoft C++ Runtime Error. Is there anything else I need the install or buy? I already installed my BB to my computer and installed everything I need.

sounds like your computers messed up.. check on the blackberry website and microsofts website with the actual error code you get...
Reply:do you have a micro SD card installed? If you are putting music on your Pearl, you'll need the space.
