My microsoft word is crashing, runtime error?

Yeah, just what the question says. if i keep my Microsoft word running for more than 20 minutes i get an alert box

I've tried reinstalling but that only worked for a little while. I've seen a similar question about this but that was in saving the file but not while the program was running. that is all the box says. So, wtf.
