I get a WINDOWS C++ runtime error so I can not do anything in iTunes, I tried to reinstall iTunes but it will not let me becuase I have the latest version. What shall I do? If I uninstall then install will I loose all the music? Is there a repair button?

You will not lose your music at all if you uninstall. Although, there are better alternatives out there than iTunes. Try Songbird ( http://www.songbirdnest.com/ )
