Ok uninstall messenger again, then click start%26gt;my computer%26gt;right click on your C drive then choose properties, a Windows will appear click the disk clean up button, put a tick in temp Internet files, downloaded program files, set up log files, temporary files, compress old log files, then click OK, a window will appear click yes button and let windows clean out what you have just chosen, after that and before you re install messenger disable your anti virus, antispyware you may have then with them disabled re install Live Messenger, then see what happens then, remember to turn back on the anti virus etc when you have installed Messenger.
Reply:Lisa, delete the program from you C: drive, reboot your pc, reinstall it from the windows website then rebot again, then you should be able to log on :-)

Reply:I would actually try re-downloading the product - it is not likely that they would just realease a product that is that badly broken so it could be that the download is corrupted.
Reply:Might be the file is too big to download or poor quality
