Runtime IKAP Error, can someone please help?

Whenever i start up my computer it goes rally slow, until, this error happens

Then it speeds up and goes back to normal. I have no idea what IKAP.exe is because Its nowhere to be found within the C drive =\





If someone could please take the time to look at the explanation and the picture and give me detailed instructions of what to do it would be highly appreciated
