Can some one tell me what "bigfix.exe" is.?

I keep getting this runtiem error, C:\program Files\bigfix\bigfix.exe





This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. please contact the apps support team for more info.





Does anyone know what this means? Do I need bigfix? Should I just go to add/remove programs and delete it from my computer? If I do need it is there anyplace I can go and download it for free? Thanks

its a useless program that emachines or gateway puts on your computer. You don't need it. It doesn't do much.
