every time i try to un-instal oblivion game from my computer it says error loading c:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~\INSTAL~1\PROFES~1\RU...
the specified module could not be found.

You need admin rights to uninstall the game. If you are the admin and it still won't let you, then you need to use brute force and manually delete the BethesdaSoftworks\Oblivion\Data folder and all its contents. Then you need to delete the save game files in the MyDocuments folder. And lastly, delete the registry key. If you do not know how to access the registry or are not comfortable messing with it, then don't. Nothing will happen if the key is not removed.
Reply:If you are not the administrator get your administrator to do it. If not I'm not sure i know.
