1. i get an a runtime error saying:
Runtime error (at-1.0):
Cannot import DLL:then C:/My Documents\me\temporary\is-WW.tmpz\crossl...
2. When i click ok, a virus scan alert then comes up saying it detected a remadm-remoteadmin, then it deleted the temporary files.

Reply:It's possible that your anti-virus detected something dodgy in the install file, and deleted the .dll file before you could install it.
