Can't get IM to work?????

I re-downloaded 8.0 and i get an error mes.


Runtime error program c:/program files/yahoo!MESSENGER/AHOOMESSENGER.exe then says- appilication has requested the runntime to terminate in an unusual way. after i click ok then i get this--- Yahoo messenger has an Illegal operatiom and will shut down. What does this mean?? why is it doing it now? I was able to use messenger a few days ago. if anyone knows what this is, please help or at least direct me to the right place to get help. Thank you and i hope i gave you enough info. to help me with this

I still have the old messenger from what ive been hearing about the new its a piece of crapola...no probs here

Alos check your fire eals they can conflict and cuase this Hit contaoll Alt Delter then click on porcesses it will tell you vert thonmg thst is running .





next go ot a[[icaions in the wondows start up bar and lokkat what you ise and do not it willtel you hwo often you use it


if it is lessthan weekly get rid of it you can sove it to a cd if you nedd it .


reboot try again. If all esle fals down load to cds all the data you neded go to a very good not a chain pc store and read load your entire satsytm
